- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Cook egg noodles according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef with onion and garlic until beef is fully cooked. Drain excess fat.
- Stir in cream of mushroom soup, beef broth, sour cream, Worcestershire sauce, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix until creamy.
- Fold in the cooked noodles and shredded cheddar cheese. Stir to coat evenly.
- Pour mixture into the baking dish.
- Combine breadcrumbs with melted butter; sprinkle evenly over casserole.
- Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes, until bubbly and golden brown on top.
