  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 bag (32 oz) frozen tater tots
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef with the onion and garlic until the beef is browned and no longer pink. Drain excess fat.
  3. Stir in the cream of mushroom soup, frozen mixed vegetables, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Let simmer for 5 minutes.
  4. Spread the beef mixture evenly into a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
  5. Pour milk over the beef mixture, then sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top.
  6. Arrange tater tots in a single layer across the top.
  7. Sprinkle with paprika.
  8. Bake uncovered for 30–35 minutes, until tater tots are golden and crispy.
