  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables (peas, carrots, corn)

  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 can (16.3 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, frozen mixed vegetables, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  3. Pour the chicken mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish, spreading it evenly.
  4. Open the can of biscuit dough and separate the biscuits. Cut each biscuit into quarters and arrange them evenly over the chicken mixture.
  5. If desired, sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top of the biscuits for added flavor.
