  • 1 cup ditalini pasta
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups fresh spinach

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the Italian sausage and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spoon, about 5–7 minutes.

  4. Stir in the ditalini pasta and cook according to package directions, about 8–10 minutes.
