 - 3 cloves garlic, minced
 - 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
 - 1 cup fresh spinach
 - 1 cup heavy cream
 - 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
 - 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
 - Juice of 1 lemon
 
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Season chicken with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
 - Cook chicken for 6–7 minutes per side, until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
 - In the same skillet, sauté garlic for 1 minute until fragrant. Add cherry tomatoes and cook for 2–3 minutes until softened. Stir in spinach until wilted.
 - Reduce heat to medium-low. Pour in heavy cream and stir well. Mix in Parmesan until smooth and creamy.
 - Return chicken to the skillet, spoon sauce over the top, and let simmer for 3–5 minutes.
 - Finish with basil and a squeeze of lemon juice. Serve hot over pasta, rice, or with crusty bread.
