- 3/4 cup milk

Instructions

- Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Drop spoonfuls of batter into the hot oil, flatten slightly.
- Fry 2–3 minutes per side or until golden brown and crisp.
- Drain on paper towels, sprinkle with a pinch of salt if desired, and enjoy warm!
