Instructions
- Place the chicken breasts in a single layer in the bottom of the crockpot.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the heavy cream, grated Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Stir until smooth and well combined.
- Pour the creamy garlic Parmesan mixture evenly over the chicken, making sure all the pieces are coated.
