- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano

Instructions
- Place the chicken breasts at the bottom of your slow cooker.
- Add white beans, diced tomatoes with green chilies, chicken broth, corn, onion, and garlic.
- Sprinkle in cumin, smoked paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper. Stir gently to mix.
- Cover and cook on low for 6–7 hours or high for 3–4 hours, until the chicken is tender.
- Remove chicken, shred with two forks, and return to the slow cooker.
- Stir in lime juice and adjust the seasoning to taste.
