  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, season the beef tips with salt and pepper.
  2. Place the chopped onion and minced garlic at the bottom of the crockpot.
  3. Add the seasoned beef tips on top of the onions and garlic.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the beef broth, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, thyme, and rosemary. Pour this mixture over the beef tips in the crockpot.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, until the beef is very tender.
  6. For a thicker gravy, whisk cornstarch with water to make a slurry. Stir it into the crockpot about 30 minutes before serving and cook on high until thickened.
