Instructions
- Crush the chocolate sandwich cookies into fine crumbs using a food processor, or place them in a sealed bag and crush with a rolling pin. Set aside.
- In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until completely smooth and creamy. Gently fold in the whipped topping until well combined. Set aside.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the cold milk and instant chocolate pudding mix for about 2 minutes, until thickened. Let it sit for 5 minutes to fully set.
- Assemble the cups by layering: start with crushed cookies at the bottom, add a layer of pudding, then a layer of the cream cheese mixture. Repeat layers as desired.
- Finish with a generous sprinkle of cookie crumbs on top and decorate with pastel chocolate eggs and bunny candies.
