  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup diced bell peppers (any color)
  • 1 cup diced cooked ham or cooked sausage
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onions
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil (for greasing the baking dish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with olive oil.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together eggs and milk until smooth.
  3. Stir in cheddar cheese, diced bell peppers, cooked ham or sausage, green onions, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Pour the mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish.
