 - 1 pound fresh shrimp, peeled and deveined
 - 1 cup heavy cream
 - 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
 - 1/2 cup diced onion
 - 1/2 cup diced bell pepper
 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
 - 2 large eggs
 - 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
 - 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
 - Salt and pepper to taste
 
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
 - In a skillet over medium heat, sauté onion, bell pepper, and garlic until softened, about 5 minutes.
 - Add shrimp and cook until pink, about 3–4 minutes. Remove from heat and cool slightly.
 - In a mixing bowl, whisk together heavy cream, eggs, Old Bay seasoning, salt, and pepper.
 - Stir in the shrimp mixture and half the cheddar cheese. Pour into pie crust.
 - Sprinkle remaining cheddar cheese on top.
 - Bake for 30–35 minutes, until set and golden brown.
 - Cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
