  • 1 pound fresh shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced onion
  • 1/2 cup diced bell pepper
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, sauté onion, bell pepper, and garlic until softened, about 5 minutes.
  3. Add shrimp and cook until pink, about 3–4 minutes. Remove from heat and cool slightly.
  4. In a mixing bowl, whisk together heavy cream, eggs, Old Bay seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  5. Stir in the shrimp mixture and half the cheddar cheese. Pour into pie crust.
  6. Sprinkle remaining cheddar cheese on top.
  7. Bake for 30–35 minutes, until set and golden brown.
  8. Cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
