- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 8 ounces egg noodles
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Sauté onion and garlic for 2–3 minutes until translucent.
- Add ground beef. Break it up with a spatula and cook until browned, about 5–7 minutes. Drain excess fat if needed.
- Stir in mushrooms and cook another 5 minutes until softened.
- Add Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, and beef broth. Simmer for 5 minutes.
