  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 8 ounces egg noodles
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Sauté onion and garlic for 2–3 minutes until translucent.
  2. Add ground beef. Break it up with a spatula and cook until browned, about 5–7 minutes. Drain excess fat if needed.
  3. Stir in mushrooms and cook another 5 minutes until softened.
  4. Add Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, and beef broth. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  5. In a small bowl, combine flour with a few tablespoons of sour cream to form a smooth paste. Stir this and the remaining sour cream into the skillet. Cook 2–3 minutes until the sauce thickens. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. Meanwhile, boil egg noodles according to package directions. Drain.
