- 1 zucchini, halved and sliced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the ground beef, breaking it apart with a spatula, and cook for 5–7 minutes or until browned and cooked through. Drain any excess fat.
- Add the sliced onion and minced garlic to the skillet. Cook for 2–3 minutes until the onion softens and becomes fragrant.
- Add the red bell pepper and zucchini. Sauté for 4–5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the vegetables are tender and colorful.
- Stir in the cherry tomatoes, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook for 3–4 minutes more, until the tomatoes release their juices.
- Remove from heat. Garnish with fresh parsley and, if desired, sprinkle with crumbled feta before serving.
