  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking dish large enough to hold the chicken breasts in a single layer.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, ranch dressing, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth, creamy, and well combined.
  3. Place the chicken breasts in the prepared baking dish. Pat them dry with paper towels, then season lightly with additional salt and pepper if desired.
  4. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the top of each chicken breast, covering them from end to end.
  5. Cover the baking dish tightly with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes.
  6. Remove the foil and continue baking for an additional 15–20 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through (internal temperature reaches 165°F/74°C) and the topping is golden, hot, and bubbly.

  • Use full-fat cream cheese for the creamiest texture, but reduced-fat will still work if you prefer a lighter version.
  • Softening the cream cheese fully (room temperature) makes it much easier to mix and spread evenly over the chicken.
  • Chicken breast thickness can affect cooking time thicker pieces may need a few extra minutes, while thinner ones may cook faster.
