- 3 carrots, diced
- 2 celery stalks, diced
- 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes
- 4 cups beef broth
- 1 cup frozen corn
- 1 cup green beans, chopped
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 cups potatoes, diced
Instructions
- In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked. Drain any excess fat.
- Transfer the cooked beef to the slow cooker.
- Add onion, garlic, carrots, celery, diced tomatoes (with juice), beef broth, frozen corn, green beans, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper. Stir to mix.
- Place diced potatoes on top do not stir.
