- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 3 large eggs
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil (for greasing the pan)
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 9×9-inch baking dish with olive oil.
- In a large bowl, combine spinach, ricotta, feta, and Parmesan. Mix until evenly incorporated.
- In a separate bowl, whisk eggs, flour, nutmeg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Pour the egg mixture into the cheese and spinach bowl. Stir until everything is well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish and spread it out evenly.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes or until golden and set. A toothpick should come out clean.
- Let cool slightly before slicing into squares. Serve warm or at room temperature.
Notes
- You can substitute frozen spinach (thawed and well-drained) if fresh isn’t available.
- Add a dash of crushed red pepper flakes if you like a little heat.
