  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs (for topping)
  • Olive oil for drizzling

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, chopped spinach, softened cream cheese, half of the mozzarella cheese, sour cream, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes if using. Mix until well combined.
  3. Transfer mixture to the prepared baking dish, spreading evenly.
  4. Sprinkle remaining mozzarella cheese over the top.
  5. In a small bowl, toss breadcrumbs with a drizzle of olive oil and sprinkle over cheese layer.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden brown on top.
