- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2–3 tablespoons milk
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
- In a separate bowl, whisk the milk, eggs, vanilla, and melted butter until combined.
- Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and stir gently until just mixed. Fold in the diced apples.
- Drop spoonfuls of the batter onto the prepared baking sheet, forming small round mounds.
- Bake for 15–18 minutes, or until golden brown and a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- While baking, prepare the glaze by mixing powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla until smooth.
- Let the fritters cool slightly, then drizzle or dip them in the glaze. Allow the glaze to set before serving.
