  • 1 1/2 cups cold milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon mint extract
  • Green food coloring
  • 1 cup whipped topping (for topping)

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the crushed Oreo cookies and melted butter. Mix until the crumbs are evenly coated. Press firmly into a 9×13-inch baking dish to form an even crust layer. Refrigerate while preparing the filling.
  2. In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth and creamy. Gently fold in 2 cups of whipped topping until fully combined. Spread evenly over the chilled crust.
